Wexford CBS 1-3 CCA Kilcoole
Our U15 soccer squad lost out to CCA Kilcoole on Thursday 13th
October, in the first round of the Bank of Ireland Leinster Cup. The lads
battled well and were punished for not taking their chances when the
opportunities arose. Josh Shiel gave us the lead from a Kyle Turner corner,
Kilcoole levelled on the stroke of half-time, they themselves scored from a
corner early in the second half after a goalmouth scramble, CBS had chances to
equalise but couldn’t find the net and Kilcoole killed the game off late with
their third goal.
