Ten transition pupils and three staff members are heading to Beijing, China for eight days of Chinese culture. They have been studying in conjunction with The Confucious Institute, U.C.D., chinese language and culture. During there trip they will be guests of by Middle School 19. They will study chinese via multimedia as well as getting to visit the many attractions of the city of Beijing. Visits to The Forbidden City, the Temple Of Heaven, the Summer Palace, shopping in Wangfujing Street and at the Yashou Market, as well as a trip to The Great Wall are all included on the intinery. Promises to be a trip of a lifetime. Enjoy.
