Top Mathematician

Congratulations to Hwan Lee, Transition Year, who was awarded a silver medal at the Irish EU Science Olympiad held in Dublin City University on October 27^th 2012.Hwan was selected to participate in the competition having gained an ‘A’ in Higher Level Mathematics in his Junior Certificate. Hwan competed in the Irish EU Science Olympiad (IrEUSO) for students born on or after 1^st January 1996.The top three students were awarded gold medals with the next three silver medals. The gold and silver medal winners now form a panel from which the Irish team will be selected to represent Ireland at the European Union Science Olympiad in Luxembourg from 17^th 24^th March 2013.
