County Wexford Cross Country

Congratulations to all our athletes who competed in the County Cross Country championships at JFK Park today. Over 500 students took part in a great days racing. Well done to our Senior team of Jack Crean, Nicky Lawlor, Conor Fenlon, Eoin McDonald, David Dempsey and Ciaran Kirwan who won team gold in the 3000m race. Our Intermediate team finished in fourth place, while the Junior team  of James Crean, Callum Broaders, Gary Hall-Roche and Shane Doyle took Bronze. Joshua Porter and Jordan Sinnott performed very well at Minor level.
All athletes will continue to train for the South Leinster Championships which take place  after Christmas.
