FOOTLOOSE is about to explode onto the Wexford stage as fifty-five talented secondary school students (and their teachers) from the C.B.S. and Presentation Secondary School prepare to dazzle you with classic 80s anthems including Holding Out For A Hero, Almost Paradise, Mamma Says, Let’s Hear It For The Boy, and of course, the unforgettable Footloose.
Footloose tells the story of city boy Ren who has to move from bustling Chicago to a rural backwater in America where dancing is banned. Life in small-town Bomont is peaceful until Ren arrives and, breaking every taboo, brings dance back to the heart of a town held back by the memory of a tragedy.
Packed full of youthful spirit, dazzling dance and electrifying music, Footloose is a must see for all ages!
